As the match is at Witham, this is surely a clear breach of Ryman rules - this means that Chelmsford are ground sharing at Witham, as are Waltham Forest - and the rules say you cannot have a three way ground share.

 

Will this mean then that Chelmsford, witham and Waltham Forest will be expelled from the league and have to play in the ESL next season?

 

Should this be the case, then the Chelmsford Cap Lge side will be in a stronger league than their first team.

Witham Reserves play home games @ Witham, so in theory its four teams playing there.
