So you'll keep hurling abuse at the officials at each game....and the next....and the next. If it makes you feel better....

The thing is, you won't see or hear us hurling abuse at officials out of respect but one can't stop thinking we might get decisions going our way if when in Rome ...

No, you're right, it will be disrespect.

I think I've heard you whinging about referees on this forum before. You said the referee lost control because he didn't clamp down on players bad tackles early on. You probably said the referee lost control in the next game because he was overly officious. Bloody useless these refs ain't they.

Looking at your position in the league table I would suggest getting that chip removed from your shoulder and redirecting your energies into coaching your team. They're losing the games, not the officials, but, as I say, If it makes you feel better.....Doesn't concern me, I won't be coming to watch you in any great hurry. mad

I haven't said I don't complain about referees after a game. Just as I expect to get critics judging my work, we are asked to rate the referees after a game by the league so if I come on a forum and regurgitate what I have said on a report, where is the harm in that?

If I was to use the same sort of language on the the referee report that comes from certain opposition benches I would get the book thrown at me. Somehow the referees allow it and accept it during a game, and in my opinion, are influenced by it.

Why is this allowed during a game? You tell me.

As for officials not affecting the result of game, you come across even more naive than I thought you were. Any person that believes that referees do not influence a result should have their head tested. They are the one single person that can decide whether someone wins or loses. The only question is whether they are active referees and respond to incidents that happen on the pitch or if they are proactive.

As for you coming to watch us, oh dear. Bothered? Am I? Am I bothered? Do I look bothered? smile

... does anyone know where this was played??

- Gaywood doesn't have (working) lights - does it - (Welcome to NIMBYLAND) and the Tudors (Hemel H.) were at home too - which I thought was where KL normally play midweek??

Some "AN---KS" wink apparently thought of going to this game but carried on to Tring when they saw no lights.
