Thank you to everyone who helped in town today.

A big thank you to Kayne, Ian, Jo, Andy, Dave, Steve Jess and Paul for giving up your time this morning to distribute the flyers. We shifted 1400. It may not happen overnight but the presence in the town centre is noticed and commented on and I am sure will increase our profile and in turn attendances.

I was well happy get woke up. I then spent the following 40 minutes trying to sleep , gave up and spent two hours on other projects. Next time , take one of marks leaflets and place that on her body

Is there anything to stop us putting leaflets under the wipers of all the cars in the town car parks? Would we need permission? It could spread the coverage even wider.

I was discussing that last night. I know one of our group on Saturday was doing it(won't name names). I will find out.

In my expieriance , putting them out in car parks is a little dodgy without permission.

 

Local authorities class it as littering and have been known to issue enviromental fines and private companies also have strict guidelines.

 

If you do plan to do this , talk to the operator of the car park as often the building or buildings associated with the car park is not authorised to give permission.
