heard a rumour that peter hawkins and neil barrett are both available to left the club and also that dagenham are on the trail of george purcell(i dont think this one is true because why would a league 2 club be looking at a player who cant get in the 1st team of a club in the bsp)

 

i did say this is just a rumour i dont know how true it is or not!

Wouldn't surprise me about Hawkins, as he way down the defensive pecking order now, and looks like his legs have gone.

Purcell would do well at the likes of Bromley or Welling.

Barratt looks the biz now, any move by him would be upwards.

I can't help but keep hoping that Purcell fulfills his potential. He has flashes of proper skill - it's so frustrating to watch.

Slatter could be the third one rather than Barret, as hes not been in the squad the last 2 or 3 games (although I hope not as I'd select him ahead of Shakes)

Agreed Alan. Slatter's done very well considering he's been out for a year, wonder where he's got to...
