I don't think so as the fixtures have been announced, the Club's situation doesn't look particularly healthy according to the Harlow Star:

Blackballed - This link works but I don't quite see what this has to do with the SSML:

Blackballed - Yes, understood, it's a bit like that lengendary question the bell boy posed to George Best once isn't it when entering his five star hotel room to find Mary Stavin lying half naked on the bed with thousands of pounds and asked George Where did it all go wrong. Anyway how the devil are you, what has happened to Unc as he seems to have disappeared off the face of the earth.

I was at the game Tuesday night when it all happened. A shame really because the potential for Harlow Town to progress is very good. Had a chat with some of the officials over & have a very good idea of what direction they will go in with regards to personnel. I don't think the SSML route is an option though.

There seems to be some contradiction in the Hertfordshire Mercury as the paper states that Harlow Town cancelled the game and not Waltham Abbey:

Abbey's Harlow friendly off
By Web Reporter

WALTHAM Abbey's friendly against Harlow Town tonight has been called off.

Tony Tillbrook's men were due to welcome the Ryman League, division one North side to Capershotts this evening, but problems at Harlow which have seen manager Glen Alzapiedi, formerly of Ware, leave the club along with chairman Simon Morgan, have forced the visitors to pull out of the pre-season clash.

The Abbotts have quickly arranged a new friendly against Enfield 1893 to be played at home on Thursday evening (7.45pm kick-off).
