Hornchurch dominated possession for most of this match (particulary in the second half) but couldn't get the ball in the back of the net (did hit the woodwork on more than one occasion). They had three chances, one great save from Joe and two goals, unfortunately the goals came at the end of the first half and the end of the game - bad timing for Hornchurch. Hendon were well organised and difficult to play against but we should have got something out of it. At least Billericay didn't win so not much damage done but we can't afford to give many more points away if we are going to go for the title.

This result doesn't reflect on the performance only difference was Hendon were more clinical in front of goal looked better when smith and hunt came on Reiss is sorely missed at the back as was shown for their second goal when we were chasing the game the lad took off from the halfway line and left out central defenders for dead quality stuff back to the drawing board but not to disheartened still thought we should of got something out of the game though
