ENFIELD TOWN v BILLERICAY TOWN

Credit to Billericay on their second half come-back, but a very disappointing outcome for Town, dropping two points after letting go of a two-goal lead. Not the result we were looking for today, but at least we didn't lose!

Be very interested to hear other Towners thoughts on todays match. Sounds like a game of two halves, where did it all go wrong after the interval?

Christ almighty ! Talk about throw away a game ! First half we were excellent and should have gone in at half time 4 up. We were woeful in the second half, couldn't keep hold of the ball and did our usual knock it long and give the ball back to the opposition. The second half was crying out for the introduction of Hayden Smith to unlock the opposition but instead went for the defensive option. Gabriel was stretchered off and looked badly injured. IMO negative substitutions cost us.

Must agree.

Don't like to be critical but every time Riccy defenders headed out we had no one to pick up the pieces.

Tashan would have been perfect picking up loose balls behind our front line.

In the end we did well to get a draw.

My view is that we need a couple of signings just to "shake it up" a bit.

What system did we usually play?

What system did we have going to get the 2-0 lead?

Did the Manager change it after half time?
