I see a rumour on 'Tonys' web-site this morning that Bookham FC have folded completely. Nothing new on their web-site for ages and nothing on the Dorking SAdvertiser site either. Bookham no longer feature on the SSEC Intermediate Division 2 fixtures or league table. I could not find any statement on any of the bulletins as to why! They were never going get a senior ground in Bookham or close, why not just play at your level? Another club folded apparently on chasing the "dream" and groundsharing to get promoted.
