Buckingham Athletic's Development side have been allocated a Hellenic League Division Two East place for the coming season, they were in Division Two North last season when the curtain came crashing down in March. The season before that, 2018/19, they were of course Champions (pictured) of the much derided SSML Development League in its last season by a massive fourteen points and dropping only four points in the process in a 3-0 deafeat at Kempston Rovers and a 0-0 draw at Berkhamsted:

You are really trying aren't you, it used to be Karen who always wanted to catch me out, why don't you comment on the Referees/Assistant Referees thread instead or explain why you took Jonno to task and threatened to report him to his Club (Hoddesdon Town). Anyway have you been invited to Officiate on any pre-season friendlies next month involving SSML Club's.

Just correcting your errors.

Old news regarding Hoddesdon Town.

Taking August off from refereeing.

Photographs from a fixture in the, perhaps unfairly, much derided SSML Under 25 Development Division in 2016/17 between Hertford Town Development and Buckingham Athletic Development, at Hertingfordbury Park on Saturday 8 April 2017, resulting  in an exciting 2-2 stalemate. Buckingham Athletic were one of only six teams to take points off Hertford Town that season as they won the Development Division Championship by eleven points:

Fifty photographs from yesterday's (Saturday 8 August 2020) pre-season friendly at a hot Stratford Fields between Buckingham Athletic and Aylesbury United, resulting in a 0-0 stalemate, Scott Reynolds will have been happy with the work out with new players very much bedding in:

Over 100 photographs, courtesy of Sports Shots, from Tuesday evening (Tuesday 11 August 2020) and the pre-season friendly at a sweltering Stratford Fields between Buckingham Athletic and Bovingdon Reserves, resulting in a surprise 2-0 win for the visitors. Scott Reynolds appears to have a lot of work on his hands although, to be fair to him, his side did everything but score with Bovingdon's goalkeeper resembling Jan Tomaszewski at times:

Nice photographs and a match programme from Buckingham Athletic's pre-season friendly last Saturday (29 August) at Hellenic League Premier Division Easington Sports where they went down 3-2 in a close contest. I wonder if Tring Athletic had a spy in attendance ahead of their FA Cup Extra Preliminary Round tie at Addison Road this evening:

Buckingham Athletic's SSML Division One fixtures for the forthcoming campaign, I wonder what Scott Reynolds is realistically hoping for this season as his preparation has been hit and miss with some slightly disappointing pre-season results, lets hope it will be alright on the 'night' for the FA Vase First Qualifying Round tie with Holmer Green at Stratford Fields on Saturday 19 September:

Hold onto your hats folks, over 100 photographs, courtesy of Sports Shots, from the pre-season friendly at Stratford Fields on Tuesday evening (8 September) between Buckingham Athletic Development and Milton Keynes Irish Athletic resulting in a pulsating 4-4 stalemate. It was certainly not a game for the faint-hearted where the hosts led by a goal on four separate occasions only to be pegged back each time, Jordan Tavener from the penalty spot, a brace from Tom Marshall and Tavener again with a brilliant fourth goal netted for Buckingham Athletic Development who are eagerly awaiting their fixtures for their Hellenic League Division Two North campaign ahead:

A Sports Shots preview on tomorrow's tricky looking FA Fase First Qualifying Round tie with Hellenic League Premier Division Holmer Green at Stratford Fields and a very interesting interview with Scott Reynolds, I think everyone is hoping that Scott can emulate his heroics at Bell Close as Buckingham Athletic deserve some success, they are a great Club:

Buckingham Athletic Development made their Hellenic League Division Two North season bow on Saturday (26 September) albeit in the Bluefin Challenge Cup First Round, impressively beating Division One East outfit Milton United 2-0, the same Division as 'the mighty' Risborough Rangers who, coincidentally, they lost 3-1 to only last night in a League fixture at Horsenden Lane. It was certainly no mean feat for Buckingham Athletic Development to win at 'The Heights', near Banbury in Oxfordshire, Matt Carr and Oliver Golding netted. I gather they will now entertain Division Two East side Chalfont Wasps in the Second Round of the competition who beat Old Bradwell United Development 2-1 at Abbey Road on Saturday, this Saturday (3 October) the Development side play their first Division Two North game of the new campaign when they travel to Headington Amateurs followed by a visit to Old Bradwell United Development a week later on 10 October. Meanwhile the First team impressively won 2-0 at Ampthill Town last night (Tuesday) with goals from Stuart Ironmonger and Owen James following their rather disappointing 1-0 defeat at London Tigers on Saturday, this Saturday (3 October) Scott Reynolds men entertain Enfield Borough at Stratford Fields followed by a visit to McMullen Park to take on current SSML Division One surprise leaders Bedford a week later on 10 October:

No reported problems this afternoon at the Barton Park Pavillion, home of Headington Amateurs, for Buckingham Athletic Development's first Hellenic League Division Two North fixture of the new campaign, the First team's SSML Division One encounter with Enfield Borough at Stratford Fields also goes ahead with Scott Reynolds hoping to continue from where he left off on Tuesday evening at Ampthill Park however a young Enfield Borough side will be full of enthusiasm and slick movement and won't just lie down:
