View from the Boundary - Yes, sorry, and London Colney, our big loss is very much your gain as they will be missed in the SSML although the Club may possibly appeal.

If they appeal and win they will not return to the SSML as they are out of the SSML Step 6 boundaries

Just now, View from the Boundary said:

Not sorry about also losing Risborough then? 😉

Yes, but slightly less than London Colney, I'm surprised Aylesbury Vale Dynamos weren't moved to that Division too:

It's also farewell to Hoddesdon Town, their brief stay with us was a very unhappy one but hopefully they can bounce straight back to Step 5 level:

No longer SSML but the best of luck to Leighton Town and Stotfold next term, Stotfold were an SSML Club since 2010/11 and Leighton Town since 2016/17 so it's sad to kiss goodbye:

Savagebee - I wonder whether Sawbridgeworth Town are equally upset about their move to the SSML and will also appeal, surely 'a change is as good as a rest' if both Club's have been in the same League for that length of time and their fans will enjoy visiting new venues:

It's the end of an era in the Essex Senior League as founder members of the League in 1971 and continuous members ever since, are moved across, along with Sawbridgeworth Town (almost in the League for the same length of time) across to the Spartan South Midlands League.

Ardley United are the third club to appeal

Yes, I see that Ardley United's appeal has been successful and they will join the Combined Counties League with London Lions moving to the SSML.

I see that Stansted have reluctantly accepted the FA's 'odd' decision to transfer the Club to the SSML from the Essex Senior League where they had played since the 1971/72 season:
