Cant believe some of the things i am reading on this site surely the players must take full responsibility for the result on saturday ....nothing to do with JC or the ref ....They just did not perform the squad we have is by far the best in the league ....anyone agree to differ ??

Well surely it's the managers job to get the best out of the players? Otherwise they wouldn't need a manager would they?

It wasn't the players who made the triple substitution that ledft many of us scratching our heads. I don't doubt Jim's ability to attract good players to the club, but on too many occasions we seem to be outthought tactically in big games. This has happened enough times for questions about the management and/or coaching to be valid.

Not disagreeing with you Tom about the subs Tom how do you think JC should have gone about that on saturday and what formation ???

personally having played against Waltham Abbey the 2nd game of the season i am led to believe that they still play 3-5-2,what formation did enfield town play against them i would imagine it was 4-4-2.

Aanon: that's a tricky question. I certainly wouldn't have taken David Allen off - I assume he wasn't injured. I'd have pushed him further forward and asked him to attack more and I'd have moved Dean Nyman up a bit to make room for David. David's style is better able than most to cope with a tricky pitch. I'd have dropped Russell Penn into a back 3.

Went back to 3 at the back after the substitutions, Why?? Havent we learnt anything this season.
I know you can argue we was going for the equaliser and threw everything forward, but did you notice that it made any difference?

Sorry, I should have added that I agreed with the switch of Ndombe for Pamplin. It was the other two that threw me.

I said before the game that Negus and Allen should have been used as genuine wingers with Nyman and Smith up front.
