cheers raver,,,as a fellow hammer supporter you know exactly how it is ..25 years without a trophy and we a still getting 34,000 each week .i seem to remember chelsea being unable to fill the stadium each week until the money arrived , where were you when you were shi# ..dont talk to me about loyalty we are never gonna win the league [or any cups] we are just happy to be back in thepremieirship ,,,i dont think arsenal and spurs fans would suffer so long with out winning anything,,,west ham fans are without doubt the most loyal fans in london!,,the most loyal in england man city 30,000 each week in the old 3rd division,,

The most loyal fans i have seen over the years are those of;Man City,Sunderland and Newcastle.Watching Fulham over years in the lower divisions these three teams had periods of time at the lower level. The away support of these clubs was excellent, especially man city when they were in the old 3rd division,1000s turning up on a monday night despite game being on tv.

right. serious response now, i meant no offense, but please try to be a little objective.

regarding loyal fans, if we define loyal as "if the team got relegated, they'd lose the least percent of average attendance for the next season"

i put it down to 4 teams, arsenal, spurs, liverpool and united.

because of wavering away support and alot of the hardcore no longer going to every game because of kids, expense etc, you can drop arsenal from that list.

the fc united / glazer business and the fact that george best's "tribute" against west brom had 20,000 empty seats, you can drop united too.

because liverpool have become accustomed to success, recently with their 5th european cup, their fans have been spoilt and may well not attend had they not been accustomed to enjoy and expect glory. so you can drop them from the list.

which leaves us with tottenham. they sell out their home and away allocation, have enjoyed pretty much fck all success since 1991 (crap cup excluded), yet the fans are still there in their droves, week in week out. chuck their season tickets on the pitch and boo during the last home game of the season, but still return.

white hart lane. home of the most loyal fans in the country. who'd have thought it.

oh hang on, west ham won the world cup so it must be them. sorry.

i'd say you can't really count sunderland or newcastle as they're one club cities. man city's attendance was impressive, but was nowhere near the 30k quoted by the bubble blower.

Haha treeboy Bit of comedy at the end too.

Agreed though. We are the most loyal fans! I try to get tickets whenever Ramblers havent got a game, and its a pure struggle. Always bloody Sold Out! Im a member as well, so I can pre-allocation! Absolute nightmare.....

Man City DID have a loyal support especially when they were in lower divisions, but now they seem to have lost it?! I saw quite a few empty seats in the Chelsea game.....

Gerk, dont pretend as if you tried to get us going mate... You genuinelly believed that West Ham fans were the most loyal. Well b*llocks

Im going home now, as I have had enough for work today!

All the Breast!

we have freinds in sunderland we get up there when we can , they give lots of free tickets out to schools etc , but fa rules says you can give out free tickets to cup games thats why its far from full for cup games, the worst away support at the stadium of light was 23 by wimbledon this was in the prem

See, look at you all!! Who's the most loyal? Who gives a flying fck?? Each person supports their team in their own way. There are NO rules in supporting a football team (discounting hooliganism!)

Its a debate that has and will go on for decades.

Bottom line...West Ham won the World Cup and you ALL know it so........hahahahahahahahaha!!! How you like them apples???!!!!
