STEVE CASTLE !!!!!!

Seems that, subject to the T's being crossed and I's dotted that your next manager will be Steve Castle who left the first team managers position here in November 2004 due to work commitments, he was in charge of the saints from October 2003 and sucessfully took St.Albans up through the play offs to the new Conf South.

He played 500+ league games and is well respected in the game and has a UEFA A Grade coaching badge.

 

Steve is still a popular figure at Clarence Park who only resigned due to his work commitments meaning he couldn't concentrate 100% on the side and results slipped, he has still been involved at Clarence Park since he resigned as first team manager but in a coaching capacity and with us in the Top 3 we're hoping that we won't miss him too much.

 

By all accounts your first signing will be Adam Parker from Thurrock whose goals were a saviour for us when he worked with Steve! Expect to see a couple of the saints PASE players come over for some experienace as well, you only need to look here to see the effect his coaching has had on the young guns!

 

Good luck to Steve and yourselves, if you manage to secure a play off position he's the man to get you up!

Ryan, after our little problem at our last away game at Billerciay I was told by the chairman I had to do a first aid course and join the supporters club commitee (And I quote "to see if you can do some [****!!****] good for the club for once rather than always dragging it through the gutter") otherwise I would be banned for life! So we arrange the occasional pop quiz, maybe yourself and Gazza would like to attend the next one?

 

YELLOW, the usual scarfers were there and the other Billericay two, Zeal and Costello!

 

How ironic we are in the supporters club due to the acts of Billericay and the first decent thing we hear in nearly 3 years of figures and counting pennants involves you lot!!!

Makes interesting reading. But, when the time is right there is only one person who makes an official statement, and that will be the one to go with.
