Get a lot of good support and encouragment on here but very few turn up at games!! See you didn't put the result down from a few weeks back telling them how they lost 2-0 to a very good Potters Bar side who played 70 mins with 10 men and a centre forward in goal due to injury to their regular keeper.

Not true fella, considering our under 16s play about 12 miles away, attendances are quite good.

Well done on your victory but football at that level is not all about winning, it's really about grooming the lads for better things and to instill good habits and skills.

All the best for the future mate but look after your club and we look after ours.

hornchurch have a fantastic set up there and good luck to all of you there....you deserve some good times. we try the same for our youth over at pbt and the people involved over there are very friendly knowledgeable about the game. i have the opioion that whilst it is mainly about giving the lads further knowledgment of the game and understanding the game more....it is about winning. winning is why we play the game. i cant stand people who accept defeat. yes we all lose games, but why did we lose them???? what could we have done better?? winnnig the right way breeds confidence. confidence brings success, not just to the team but players get recognised and move on. that what we aim to do at pbt. have a succesful, attractive side that is a starting block to hopefully build a succesful career in the game for 1 or 2 that are lucky enough to make it.
