down if we lose tomorrow??

Dave C is still in the papers saying we can do it. Is he lying to us or does he need to look at the league table, our results, our performances, Our Team, the ever increasing anti-carroll feeling or the home fans turning up in smaller and smaller numbers to see what we could all see in November. We're just not good enough.

I'd agree with the pro-greene people. I'd rather have Dennis than Dave as manager but that isn't saying very much!!

Interesting sig Woody. So if you go down is that it you'll not go next season? The team might win next year but they will not be as good as the standard generally will be poorer.

I hope you survive tomorrow because if anyone relegates you it should be us (in all honesty I didn't want you to go down but it is inevitable).

relying on other teams to drop points is always a bad position to be in.unfortunately windsor are in a position where they are not quite good enough for the league we are currently in but in my view too good for the league below.we are caught ina position where we could keep getting promoted and then relegated.

defeat tomorrow could spell the end but i think the end is already spelt out.i think it was spelt out a couple of months ago.its a shame because we wont have any major derbies but atleast we might see windsor win a couple of games!!

Nope. I can deal with a poor level. What i can't deal with is seemingly the club not giving a [****!!****] about things and not making the changes that needed to of been made. Be it players or management.

Trouble is Matt player turn over at this level is always quite high - so who knows who will still be with you next season and quite how good you will be. Look at Dover - it has been no picnic for them and they were "too good to go down" last year.

True Martin but i do think it's not what you know it's who you know at this level and Windsor seem to have good conections and bring in players of a good class beforehand and yet we manage to turn them into piss poor players.

Just look at Reidy! At Lewes he was scoring for fun and when he joined us he couldn't score in the car park with the lady of the night! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> The one Jock knows!

This level is a lot to do with connections - we have hugely benefited from connections with Brentford and Oxford this season.

From my perspective looking in at Windsor it went wrong in the first two months of the season. You had games that you should have been winning to meet your expectations for the season. By the time Xmas came round you had left yourself too much to do.

I agree with the above comments that connections are important when getting players.

However its far more important to have a manager who is capable of coaching these players and getting a good team together. I dont thing either DC or DG have any coaching qualifications and thats why neither should manage this club. Even good players need coaching and telling what to do on a pitch. Just look at Joe Cole at WHU (headless chicken) now at Chelsea a great player.

Lets get someone in who is a good coach as well as a good manager. We do have good players here, but when they are out on the pitch they look lost because it seems that DC has no ability to organise them.

Lets be realistic we need to reorganise this club from top to bottom and this is the ideal time to rebuild.

Also we could do with updating the ground because its embarrasing at the moment and it certainly wont help when attracting new players to the club. Does anyone know if the board have any plans for this ???

Remember its time to evolve not revolve (hence no DG)

Any thoughts ???

I have to disagree with this as when Byron Walton took over as manager he had no qualifications in coaching, as far as I know, and got us promoted. Granted he had a bad season after that but at least that proves that you don't need to have qualifications to do well.

Hmm, doing up the ground, what with, magic beans!!!

Let's be realistic, at the moment where are we supposed to get that sort of money from. And before you start going on about getting local business's involved and sponsorship, been there, tried that, doesn't work. If you feel that you can do better then I suggest that you make yourself known to the club and sort it yourself.
