Three points.....

 

1) There was no one counting, and...

Point 1, when I got there, some lady official who was standing on the far side was insistent that she got official figures from the 'gate staff', so perhaps they messed up.

 

I reckon there was 200 or so there, possibly more if you counted every time someone had to run in and out of the ground to get the ball back from the field.
