The only question seems to be if it is either Abbo or Proths. Well the answer may well be that in the Gazette today it says that Abbo has a slight injury but should be OK for tomorrow. So much to my better judgement I think Abbo will be on the bench. It also says that Pat has a slight injury but he should also be fit however, will it affect the subs option. Hopefully not as it would to see Louis playing with Trotty.

For our outposted fans Trotty also says in the paper he is hoping to bring anothe front man in to strengthen the squad. He doesn't think it will happen too quickly and if he does come it will probably be in the New Year. The player is highly rated with a Ryman One South club at present but Trotty won't name names at present. Also says Yiga's loan spell at Aveley has finished mainly due to budgetary restrictions.

Looks like Hendon have signed Marc Leach who I believe was that tall centre back who played so well in the Slough defence against us. Evidently he went to Aylesbury to join his brother due to Slough's financial difficulties but only played 3 games for them.

Well I don't see why he would change it Chris unless there ARE injuries to any of these players. He has used this formation on more than one occasion when they were all fit so if they are all available I cant see any reason why he shouldn't do so this time.He has used Smith on occasions I admit instead of Oates but I still feel Oates despite his lack of pace more than makes up for this with his experience & common sense when playing. I much prefer Oates to Smith & I hope he goes with Oates tomorrow. Though Smith will do a decent job I am sure its just that he does get caught out of position sometimes & back tracks to much for my liking.Having said all this its bound to be another line up now you watch. Abbo had a decent second half it seems the other day but Trotty himself has said that he needs to see consistency amongst players, rather than a one off here & there.I suppose without getting a second crack of the whip there wouldn't be that chance of consistency happening I suppose. If Abbo does come in then I wouldn't be too disappointed but I still feel the line up I mention,in my opinion,is our strongest. They are our best players I feel & they have done good thus far as a unit & I really do hope he starts of with them.We shall just have to wait & see I suppose. Its Trottys decision & as others say its good to be able to have these options available to us.

No,most definately not.(famous last words).Jay is such an important part of the team as he is able to play ANYWHERE on the park & his heading ability is vital to us also.He is a spoiler in the middle of the park & breaks up opponents play & thats what we need.

If he was to play Abbo from the off then I cant see Trotty dropping Jay for him to be included somehow.

That would mean McKimm or Proths making way but in the form that they are in cant really see that happening either. Its unfortunate for Abbo that all the others are doing well when fit.Still its another option from the bench that we would have & a decent option too should it need changing. That goes for young Dolton also.A good replacement late in the day should the need arise.
