will fill you in with what i know

 

there manager has a few words to say , ref asks him to leave the technical area , he refuses so ref sends him off but will not give his name or leave the pitchside , then a ball strikes the ref on the head so he decides enough is enough and abandons the game, thats about it

 

our lads say the ref was awful and you could not even talk to him throughout the game

what is up with some of these officials surely they enjoy it more if they are chatting away and a bit of friendly banter back and forth.

 

i know when i was playing (a few years back) and i did not get on with refs most of the time , think they had it in for me but a bit of chat both ways got a bit of respect from all the players , not shut up and go away now that would put your back up wouldn't it

So the new proposed FA rule of ONLY THE CAPTAIN being allowed to speak to the referee might help ?
