Judgement Day for Blair

Recommended Posts

With the Chilcot report finally out today, will we finally find out the truth about Tony Blair or will the political powers deem it to be too damaging and fudge it?

I haven't seen or looked at the news yet today but I will catch up later this evening.

I have no doubt there will be nothing in it to indite Tony 'Liar' for War Crimes.  That would be asking too much.

How in Gods name has it taken around 7 years to compile ??

It was my birthday today and a happy one because of  Chilcotts virtual condemnation of blair as a war criminal. My only hope is that Blair spends the rest of his days behind bars.

Happy birthday for yesterday.

I think Blair committed himself to helping Bush out too early and dug himself into a hole he couldn't get out of. Trouble is, people paid with their lives for his mistakes and arrogance.

He still can't take responsibility though, shocking.

Happy belated Birthday RB.  Sorry I missed.

Blair certainly won't be in a line for a future 'K'.  That's for sure.

I think the whole situation would be a bit better if Blair just came clean over the whole situation like Prescott did over the weekend.

Think there would be riots if he got any honours after what happened in Iraq.

It's a shame that Robin Cook isn't around to see the Chilcot report - I'm sure he would a few choice words to say on the subject.

I think it only fair that Blair donates the millions he has banked since leaving office to set up the mechanisms to help servicemen and their families, simply not enough is being done, it should not be left to charities to pick up the mess.

I quite agree with the above two posts.

HOWEVER  -  There is more chance of getting sh1t from a rocking-horse than Bliar putting his hand in his off-shore bank-account pocket.
