Do you make a lot of money from predicting stuff Rhodes ?

I'm a bit lost here - is this the same 'Toto' that appeared in 'The Wizard of Oz' ???????????

"Clement is widely known as 'the great one' in London where he is Head Coach at Arsenal's near neighbours Kentish Town Football Club who play at the 10,000 capacity Barnet Copthall Stadium, a stones throw from the Emirates Stadium. Clement has become somewhat of a celebrity since joining the Club in August 2006 from neighbouring Haringey Borough Football Club where he was Assistant Coach to current Waltham Forest supremo Ged Searson, Kentish Town swooped on Clement in July 2006 whilst he was taking his UEFA 'A' Licence in Lilleshall along with the likes of Roy Keane and Peter Beardsley, he agreed to join the Club and the rest is history:"

This has to be the single most funny quote he's ever done!!

What's so funny about that, it's 100% accurate word for word.

ron...nice to see you are taking time off from being caned on your 'anyone want a friendly' thread!! but please....dont assume people are how rhodes describes them

clement is one of the most unassuming people you could wish to meet, but he is a great coach with the interests of his players and club at heart and is totally embarassed by the negative views that rhodes brings to kentish town
the sooner people distance rhodes from kentish town the better...after all they didnt win the league last season on the back of a 84 page repetitive photo - copied programme...or did they?

Keeps we obviously have different opinions on getting caned, think i've been giving back what i've received plus interest but hey ho.

I don't know the man nor have seen him coach but i teach some children whose dad is a prominent businessman and statesman in his native Nigeria. When i asked him about Clement, and if he was as reveered in his homeland as Rhodes proclaims, he just laughed - a lot!!

Rhodes i'm not disputing the accuracy of the words but it's a bit like saying Robert Mugabe has been elected as the leader of Zimbabwe. Doesn't exactly tell the whole story!!!!!

Ron Burgundy - I don't know you from adam other than I believe you are involved with Colney Heath but please don't fall into the same trap of the majority of members on here and be brainwashed by a handful of posters such as the disfunctional Keeps family, Football Man, Jonno and to a lesser degree Horace and HTFCew. Clement Temile is the real deal, make no mistake about that, and with all due respect he is selling himself short at Kentish Town who are not paying him a penny piece for his efforts, it is no coincidence that they won the Championship last season and would have been promoted the season before had they not lost Lee Scott in January. Can I respectfully suggest that you don't judge a book by its cover.

I thought that Football Man would find this link informative about the UEFA Pro-Licence and what's involved, he doesn't seem to know:

  • 1 year later...

Does anybody happen to know how many UEFA licenced Coaches there are in the SSML at the present time, I know Kentish Town used to have two in 2007/2008 which must be unusual for a Club at this level and it's hardly surprising they won the League that season

I have it on good authority that Haringey Borough supremo Tom Loizou holds a UEFA 'A' Coaching licence

No disrespect, but what the hell is a UEFA A qualified coach doing at this level ? With those qualifications & the effort & finance needed to complete that course you should be at least in full-time employment with a league club in a academy position.

We only have Rhodes' word for it that these two guys actually do have UEFA " A " licences. I personally believe that one of them never actually completed the course, and that both of them would require work permits in order to "ply their trade" for payment in this country.
