Looks like we won't be playing then doh

How about the Club asking for "special" permission to kick off the season early - ie. a FRIDAY NIGHT GAME.
Should get a big crowd in.

Switching would mean starting with three away games and getting three consecutive home games in December. Didn't Town use to always start the season with loads of away games before getting the first home match?

On last season's form it would probably be a good thing of Town do start with three away games!

On the basis that the Ryman league knew that Brimsdown were at home in the FA Cup that day at the time of compiling the fixtures, I don't imagine there's a radical solution. I seem to recall that Maldon declined a Friday night switch last season.

How about Sunday afternoon if it has to stay a home game?

Did you even check that another team didn't have the pitch booked for the Sunday before you came up with that idea?

The Ladies team are away as it happens but that still doesn't change the question.

Its a conspiracy in our favour guys. We'll have to erect goalposts on the QE Stadium for this fixture so we can fulfill our home fixture on the saturday as scheduled and Brimmo can play their cup match, then we just stay at the QE and turn up with a paint brush now and again to do it up as we go..............................I know I know................

Yes, but you might want to check whether Brimsdown have made a similar enquiry.

Brimsdown weren't on here saying about Sunday and as their game is FA cup they don't have to consider a change.
