Predictions Northwood away?

Recommended Posts

Predicted on the other thread that Davies would be the man to watch.

From Saturday's game:

Northwood kept up the pressure without threatening the goal but they were gifted the lead after 25 minutes.

This time it was a long-throw from Sonner that caused the damage with Gada coming to collect but missing the ball and allowing the predatory Davies, lurking behind, to convert into the unguarded net.

Using the system above after the Town v Maldon game...2-2

Waggamick (Town 4-Maldon 0) -10 pts

Enfield United (Town 2- Maldon 1) -10 pts

Blue & White Army (Town 2- Maldon 0) -10 pts

Anyone Joining in comes in on the lowest average score.

Looking at our current results..a late entry shouldn't scare anyone.

Ok I'll give a prediction on the basis that I can drop out if I am losing by too many.

Northwood 2 Town 2.

BTW with regard to the points system - why not divide it by 5.

Correct Result = 6 Pts

Correct Draw = 4 Pts

Correct Goal Diff = 3 Pts

Correct Outcome = 2 Pts

Wrong Outcome = -2 Pts

I have always believed in keeping things as simple as possible.

Yes simpler the better. However i'm a simple type of guy so maybe you'd like to explain why there is 2pts for a correct outcome and the same for a wrong one? and how did we all score last time as we predicted a town win but they drew?

I need to know so as to save some serious chair and table throwing rucktions!!!!!!!
