Guildford had a decent club 30 years ago and it was allowed to die, and they nearly took Dorking with them.
They've missed their chance and allowed Woking to take their place.

I wish the new club well,but its a pity to see a town that size having its football club playing at the same level as its surrounding villages.

Thanks to everyone who showed support to us when the news broke that Guildford City were in trouble. You will be pleased to hear last nights meeting sorted that out.
