Wembley v Windsor

a very accomplished performance against arguably one of the best footballing sides we've played against this a season. as much as i'm tempted to say that i feel the scoreline flattered us in the end, we did create other chances to score asides from the ones that were put away so definitely deserved the win.

dappy and joe were superb, the ball from dappy for the first goal only needed a touch and yash promptly provided. kyle hit the bar and dappy blazed over, then we got the penalty when their keeper went walkabout. ryan converted with relative ease. second half we started quite slowly and they scored a cracker to level it up, very delicate chip before kyle powered a header from a corner.

moore was sent off in a tangle with the keeper, could'nt see to much wrong personally but the referee obviously saw something, possibly an elbow from moore to the keepers ribs, who then went down holding his face. tooley rounded it off at the end when he was through one on one, waited for the keeper to sit down then chipped it over him!

a very positive performance and battled right up until the end. the ball seemed to go through midfield a lot more without ryan ashe in there, and the ball was played a lot quicker than usual which was very promising. kyle is started to make that holding position his own, which is extremely nice to see.

Matt your guys probably played football cos it's one of the best pitches in the league, at least teams can or even try to play football there.

Problem, the pitch is in Wembley !!!

Our pitch isn't too shabby either. But I am not sure how it will look after 2 more games. We have had 2 youth games this week already. Add Horley and Spelthorne with the rain that has fallen and is forecast and who knows...
