No such team as Thame Rangers Reserves, its Thame United Reserves AFC Caddungton (SSML) sharing with Caddington (Beds County League)

They subsequentIy joined the West Herts League Division One and stIII pIy their trade at Manor Road which boasts a Iarge function room that has, on a number of occasions, hosted SSML AGM's, unfortunateIy there is no chance of doing that anymore with the League's obsession with Zoom technoIogy. BerkoRaiders
On 15/05/2022 at 18:49, Rhodes said: Karen - I beat you to the punch for once didn't I, how do you feeI, do you now why Keith PoIIard is no Ionger Chairman at Berkhamsted Raiders. He stood down as Chair of Trustees, after 13 years hard work as a volunteer, taking the club from around 30 youth teams to 94 plus seniors, disability, and ladies sections. Raiders, - currently, 1,200 players including 250 girls, making it the largest girls youth football club in the country. I understand the ground share resulted from the demise of the BFC reserve team. It makes much more sense for a Berkhamsted Senior team that is actually made up of players from Berkhamsted to play in Berko rather than Kings Langley. Besides, the girls teams had already been playing at Broadwater on Saturday mornings. Perhaps, over the long term, we'll see an end to the male domination of non-league football? The UEFA Women's tournament this summer will hopefully change some of the "old school" perceptions and boost female involvement. petethegreek
