Great evenings football end to end stuff done well to dig in even when a goal down proper blood and guts display against a very very good Margate side to many good displays to give a man of the match Sam almost another hatrick and a generous lino ruling out a late Gate equaliser,absolutely buzzing,up the Urchins

Great game to watch against tough opponents despite heart stopping moment towards the end of the game. Delighted with a win and 3 points which could be significant at the end of the season reckoning.  Sam Higgins was the difference.  Goal machine and ability to hold the ball and spray passes.

Gotta admit I thought it was gonna be one of those nights however Jilli took his chance and really impressed. Great going forward, worked hard getting back and his crossing was fantastic a real outlet for us throughout the game. Hopefully we can kick on from this result now. Well played lads

[PONY TAILED URCHIN]

I think for the moment the results we have had do not show clearly how well the lads have played and how all our opponents have either upped their game or managed to take their chances better when things have not fallen in our favour.  Last night was a real flowing game and i thought the main difference between the 2 sides was an outstanding display from the Margate keeper without him this game may well have been over by halftime such was the dominance in the 1st half from the Urchins.

I thought Jili was outstanding on his 1st full game and bossed his wring and made some excellent passes to give Sam options on the ball all night long.  Maxwell was also excellent in defence in his 1st full game and both these players seem to have settled very quickly.

2nd half we got caught out by the only shot on target from Margate at that point and they rattled the lads but it was fantastic to see the fighting spirit and determination that came through and if the lads can start to build an unbeaten run in the league off the back of it then hopefully the little blips will all be forgotten.
