As mentioned before on here, I believe the total for winning it is £88,000.

 

In getting £50,000 for winning the trophy, does that include TV revenue? I presume not.

Winning is VERY lucrative. Winner gets £50,000. + TV fee £50,000(if it is on Sky)+ 40% ? of receipts. Say 20,000 @ £10 = £80,000.

The minimum you would get would be around £80,000 total rising to £180,000 if it televised and you got a decent crowd.

I think he was referring to share of gate, Dave - 40%x20000x£10 = £80000

If we do get further in this years Trophy, whilst I hope that a small amount of the money won is made available to the new manager to improve the squad, I hope that some will be used for more long term improvements to the club. I'm talking about spending a little on club promotion and so on. That's something I feel the club need to concentrate on a lot over the next year or two and the money from this should be enough to do something constructive with.
