Right lets get the predictions going...

 

If we play as well as we did against Hampton, I can see a 3 - 1 victory for the Blues but it'll be a toughie as Chelmsford will want to put on a show as it's the first game at MP.

 

Realisic score...1 - 0 to Billericay. Yep hedging my bets there.

I've left Game on the subs bench because despite his good form at the moment, when Dorms came on, we started to get quality service from the midfield. I would make a change, Game for either Dorms or Tarks, if we were 1 nil up and required a bit more steel in the middle. The same applies with Hunter for Ryan, if we required fresh legs in the middle come 15 minutes from the end and in the same position.

 

Henty gets my vote over Ross as we require cover in the defence / midfield should we need it. I know Tarks can play right back but I prefer Henty as he has more bite to hi tackles and that would give us an option to move Macca into the centre if we need to.

 

This is one of the games I'm looking forward to and is a bit special becuase it's Chelmsford's first game in a new ground.

For me Dorms gets in ahead of collins, I can't see Leon being risked from the start with only 20 mins footy behind him. If he was fit to start I would move Gameo wide right and leave out Tarks.

 

If we play well I believe we can win although it'll be tough given the occasion. I'll go for a hard-fought 2-1 win

Leave out Game, leave out Mustafa, you've all gone stark raving mad over Xmas! The first two names on my midfield teamsheet is Mustafa right mid with Game centre mid. The other two places should be filled IMHO, by those players that are the fittest in what is bound to be a blood and thunder affair.

I don't support Braintree mate. Was there as a neutral with my friend who supports Braintree.

 

The winner was rather fortunate though.

Note you support Canvey Island though - I used to live on Canvey Island between 1977 and 1984, but didn't follow the team then (quite a few years before Mr King took an interest and escalated your side to it's current lofty heights). Well done - hope CCFC (and Ricay perhaps) can follow suit eventually.

For our team the only change I'd go for would be Dorms for Collins...

 

For them the "donkey 5" is unfortunately suspended according to the FA site.

 

The midfield will be key - we looked a little rusty on boxing day, but if we can get them playing well as a unit, we should have enough to win the game. Reckon it'll be tight though, 2-1.
