Under 16's/Under 17's Training

I would like to know what time and what day there is training for the under 16's/ under 17's Hornchurch football team and if it is possible for me to come along. No but i played pegusis at thebeginnning of the season in a friendly when we won 3-2. How comes you ask do u no our team?
