I agree with Big Ron. I was standing around the half way line and saw the trouble flare up. about 2 minutes later the choir passed us going to the other end. As they passed one of the choir a small lad with glasses laughed and said loudly to Aaran Robinson, it all kicked off and we throw bottles at them very proudly. Unfortunately I think he was slightly retarded or maybe he has another excuse for being such a knob.

I never saw any of our supporters throwing bottles, but i was celebrating when it all started. I dont know of any small kid with glasses though there is only 2 people in the choir who wear glasses and that is me and michael holland and he is not small or a kid and i am over 6 foot tall.

There is nothing to agree or disagree with I saw and heard what I heard. I also heard Whitstable supports giving us grief 5 minutes from the end goading Margate supporters and to Margates credit everyone ignored them and they left the ground. As for probably not recognizing Aaron Robinson he would be the one in the Margate Tracksuit with A R on the front like I said even a retard could see and recognize him.

So you have not been aggresive to other posters? The point that i have been making is that it was not all the blame is from the margate choir it was a 50/50 incident. Now i know for a fact that the people who want to meet you will not lay a finger on you, they are not violent supporters at all.

I was not at the other end on Saturday as it appeared that there was voluntary segregation. However, I note that the following people have admitted to being there Teabarmark, Steve B, Alex Tucker, Gate Watcher, Butler MFC, Michael Holland, Big Ron and The Pagester (appologies to anyone that I have missed and those that I incorrectly named as being there).

 

Now I do know who most of you are (with the exception of GW and BR) and I do not think any of you would have started throwing bottles etc...

 

So for the benefit of this club can we please accept the fact that this trouble was caused by persons unknown and forget all the recriminations and name calling.

 

After all it was a good day for both clubs and , should be remembered as such.

 

Peace and forward onto 3 points against Heybridge on Saturday.

To Michael Holland Im not suggesting you are a retard just that the person who came up to Aaron and myself (because I was standing next to him) acted like one. This was a chance to get more support on board for MFC unfortunately this sort of trouble puts people of. The day was fantastic and a show piece for new supporters to get firsthand experience for maybe the first time, of a FA cup tie. I just hope this incident does not put them off coming again.

I don't think i've been aggressive to anybody but may have used stronger language than some and it wasn't the laying of fingers on me I wished to avoid as being confronted by a group of people calling you a liar is bound to bring out the worst in anybody.

I never setout to lay 100% of the blame at anybodys door only to point out that if you provoke a reaction and you get one (nice or not) then you have to accept a responsibility.
