Well this is what we're all waiting to hear from the corridors of power at Grosvenor Vale.

no I won't as it's nothing to do with you and I'm not going to be your errand boy just to satisfy your curiousity.

That's all well and good but I would like to get the Ruislip Manor side of the story, they seem to be playing their cards very close to their chest for some reason.

rhodes, I presume you have a SSML handbook. If as it appears you are desperate to find out things I suggest you phone up the Ruislip Manor chairman whose number you will find in it. He may or may not give you some more information. I do believe you know the number though from what I've heard recently!

In the SSML handbook the Ruislip Manor Chairman is down as Ken Barrett, why would I automatically know his number as I don't recollect ever having any dealings with him.

okay I may have heard things wrong then. However you stil must have contacted someone at the club regarding the pre season friendly that Kentish Town turned up late for.

Lato - I think an apology is called for on this, besides we weren't late for the legendary friendly on Thursday 3 August, a date still etched, Van Gough style, in my memory. We were all there in good time and the game kicked off at 7.00, also I expected it to be played on the hallowed Grosvenor Vale turf and when we turned up we were disappointingly directed to a dust bowl of a training pitch which amazingly we took to like ducks to water without a pass going astray all evening, the Referee commented to me afterwards that it was a truly remarkable display.

An apology because I said you had someones phone number etched on your brain when it has been inferred he had spoken to you recently. Okay I apologise.

I seem to recall the game being late because when I arrived fifteen minutes before kick off there was no sign of the Kentish Town team but I could be mistaken. I haven't got such a meaningless game imprinted on my brain as well as you obviously have.

And the referee was the only person you spoke to all night then as you made no efforts to socialise with us during the game.

That's because I was busy doing the match report and taking photographs during the game, I have to stay focused incase I miss some action and I wasn't being unsociable. At least we had a pint afterwards and thanks again for buying me that Stella top, I'll buy you one when I next see you and Spidermanor too for that matter to show there is no ill feeling on my part.

Lato - Who has the honour of groundsharing at Grosvenor Vale next season then out of interest, I suppose the hierarchy won't be looking for anything less than 12k so as Potters Bar Town points out it will be a nice little earner for you and I assume you will keep all the bar takings as was the case with Potters Bar Town when we shared at Parkfield.

That extra £5 every other week came in handy!

As for the Ruislip groundshare, I believe it is "Royal Secret" so the Ruislip boys may not be in a position to tell you yet.

rhodes you will hear the trumpeting in Tottenham when you we are ready to reveal all, unti lthen it is very much a 'Royal Secret'

You could always ask your network of journalistic friends from around the world to find out for you. Mind you they all seem to regurgitate the same error strewn story.

Yes, it will be all over the press like a rash.

When the messiah, 'King Ken' announces the new ground share agreement.

God’s own vale, as it may soon be known will not have seen anything like it.
