FM 2005 has to be the best football game of the year. Takes some time to get into but soon becomes addictive.

Pro Evo is a quality game. The AI on it is superb.

I still quite like getting Kevin Toms original Football Manager going on an emulator from time to time. It was quality as you'd nearly always win the FA Cup despite being a team in Division 4. Happy days.
