It's as illegal as it is for cars and lorries etc. Some cyclists are complete muppets. I saw something on TV a few weeks ago involving police in London trying to crack down on it, stopping cyclists and handing out penalty notices.

It is illegal for a cyclist to ride through a red light ,but is allowed to get off his bike and walk through.

I think you'll find that technically, pushing his bike he is still a cyclist and therefore illegal. Now if he carries his bike.......

I do not have problems with either cyclists or women drivers but have two proviso!s
Any driver with points on his license should have two points removed for every cyclist dispatched
Women drivers are as good as men drivers but should all drive green cars so that we know exactly where they are
Is that within the bounds of good PC?

Well, this afternoon, I was travelling along the A4 in Slough and reached the roundabout at the Huntercombe Spur. On the "Keep Left" Island on the approach was a blue car, slightly the worse for wear. Nearby on the A4 was a white car, ditto. (I didn't include the makes for obvious reasons!) Jumping about in the road were two young ladies having a major barney - fists were being shaken and there was definitely shrieking going on.

The passing males were staying well out of it, although I do believe I did detect the odd smirk as I passed! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/busted.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/busted.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/busted.gif" alt="" />

Bit macho there Unc, women should have 100% free access to any golf course in the country between the (starting) hours of sunset and finishing prior to sun up
Orgasms are OK so long as they phone you and let you know when they occur

His wife shouted from the public gallery.
