Unbelievable match at NGU today, first half had some good chances at both ends but a long range strike by the NGU striker separated the teams. A few bookings for the home side, notably their number 6. Second half BG levelled with a strike from Chris Henry. We then concede a freekick in the corner, the taker hits his cross and the BG one man wall jumps and blocks it double-handed, nobody knows why! The crowd all said he was stood outside but the ref gave the pen. Pearcy saves down to his right, then the rebound with his feet only for a NGU player to slam home at the third attempt. Stuart Blackburne then latches on to a quick throw-in to get in behind and is felled from behind, Phil Merritt with the pen straight at the keeper who saves but didn

hartley 0-3 Cove

3-0 up after 35 mins. Foot off pedal and made 3 subs about 65 mins. Should have scored at least 3 or 4 more. Just happy to win a local derby.

Epsom and Ewell 0 Banstead Athletic 2

The typical game of 2 hales we were very dominant in first half and just couldn't score .A couple ogf good save by Dave Tidy and we hit the bar with 1.One of those days we really didn't want half time to blow as we had a right head of steam up at the time.

Second half different again we sstarted to show how much we'd out into the Chertsey game less than 48 hours previous and Banstead got one from a lapse of concentration at tha back and a second from a set piece just before the end.

Anyway fair credit to them for withstanding our onlslaught and we look forward to taking on the champions elect on Saturday .

Camberley Town were below par with eight changes from Saturday's side. Lost 2-1 at Sandhurst Town

In fairness Camberley may have made 8 changes but had 12 men playing for 90 minutes!

The referee was an embarrassment gave the most rediculous penalty, not a single camberley player even asked for! But Sandhurst didn't get a decision all day!

16 points from 18 available in last 6 matches decent form!

Colliers Wood 1 vs 3 RPV

Even first half, Colliers Wood went 1 up with a great move. RPV got a pen just before half time. Second half RPV scored from a free kick on the half way line, dodgy goal keeping!!!

Then got the 3rd with ten minutes to go, a toe poke from a very good free kick! An even game with lost of chances just RPV converting.

Lost 2-1 at Badshot Lea.

I have to say the ground is very nice, and will be good once completed. But as soon as they took the lead inside three minutes we knew it was going to be an uphill struggle. But Bonzo cleared one off the line and time after time Fish kept us in the game. At half time it was still 1-0. In the first half of the second half Badshot were on top and perhaps should of score again, but as the game was in the 90th minute a ball was crossed in and one of our players (don't know who it was too far away) performed a bicycle kick, really good technique, but it cannoned off the post, then Badshot Lea ran straight up the other end and scored. As the game was approaching the end Thompson scored quite a good goal, ended his drought anyway. Then after that we had another opportunity but didn't take it.

Its the unbeaten run over, but I'm confident we'll bounce back on Saturday at home to Raynes Park.

We'll never die....

Bookham 3-2 Horley Town

Another game dominated by the officials or should I say not as they sadly were not up to being strong enough !!!!

Bookham scored from a pen 20 mins in after a hand ball, denied a clear 2nd pen at least 2 yards into the box but given outside !!!!shocking, Horley also had a very good shout for handball in the box not given, Horley equalised on 35 mins. Bookham scored a great 2nd goal with some great one touch football (possible offside but to far away) 2-1 h/t

Horley equalise when the home defender allows the ball to bounce and then Horley player nips in to head goalwards, only for another Horley player to head in on the line (again could have been off side) from a freekick which should have been the other way for hand ball, our players is off side and leaves the ball, lino flags, Horley centre half picks the ball up, ref has not blown then see he's picked the ball up and awards the offside !!!

Bookham get the winner in the 1st minute of injury time, Battling performance from both sides, both committed as you would expect, spoilt by some poor decisions.

Still we'll take the 3 points grin

Was told today by a very reliable source that the bottom three in the Premier will definitely be relegated this year. Not sure if that means promo will be offered to the 4th placed team in Div 1 (assuming Staines can't go up) or if a new club will be joining the Prem from another league...
