I think it was probably only you that was saying things about Hadley !

I don't think there is a poor side in the Prem as sides at the bottom are proving they can beat teams higher up the league. There are still plenty of runs & dips in form to come from all sides before the season ends.

The only consistency is in your cliched posts.

I thought a lot of work had been carried out on the hallowed Copthall Stadium turf to avoid postponements following a drop of rain, hopefully we're not in for a repeat of the infamous 2008/2009 campaign

I think the cream is slowly starting to rise to the top following the horrendus pre-season when some people judged the book by the cover, I think we have another massive fish this season swimming in a small pond similar to Oxford City in 2005/2006!

DJM61 - Didn't you read my post on the Aylesbury United thread. Any slip up by Chalfont St Peter between now and the end of April will be capitalised on and I gather they still have to meet twice which will be six points for Aylesbury

Wodson must have broken a few records there! Well done to SLeB for not giving up before the end.

I expected to see some goals - just not that many!

At 19:45 SLeB had 4 players at the ground. Ref was told that the rest would be there by 20:00. Game eventually kicked off at 20:20 with the visitors only having 10 men. Despite going a goal down early on they kept plugging away and equalised with a superb 25 yard lob. But that was as good as it got. They finished the half 5-1 down.

The second half was all one way traffic . 13 goals, and should have been more, conceded and two players sent off. They may have managed to limp through the full 90 minutes but they had certainly given up before the end.

Despite the scoreline there were some signs that SLeB have got some good players, they just need to get 11 of them on the pitch at the same time and get them all to show 90 minutes commitment.

It is difficult to say how good Wodson Park are as they were never really troubled. You can only beat what is in front of you and they were professional in the way they kept going. I'm sorry to say this but promotion at the end of the season may hinge on who gave SLeB the biggest kicking, and in that respect Wodson have certainly laid down a stiff marker for the rest.

not sure i agree, surely it will be who has the most points?? i remember Berko beating Wodson 7-2 on the first game of the season and most of the team tonight played that day.....
