When asked to repay £44,000 in over-claimed expenses for a house her parents were living in the parliamentary committee accepted the Culture Secretary Maria Miller at her word that she should only pay £5,800. F*cks Sake. Mrs Miller also told the commissioner investigating her that she might go over her head and ask MP's to intervene! No wonder it went from £45,800 to £6,000!
