Has a certain Official not been allocated a SSML fixture today or is he away on holiday, if he ever is given a St Panteleimon or New Salamis game this season I am sure there will be a flood of complaints and objections

Yes very true. No goalkeeper after Sams horrible fall, will be tough enough without him today let alone Vs Didcot.

Apologies if that is the case this afternoon, I have been off the radar for a while and would never have dreamt in a million years that the Official in question had somehow risen through the ranks to be handed a prestigious FA Cup tie, good luck to him. As you rightly say he is a very good Official but there has always been eyebrows raised concerning his connections and links at certain Club's hasn't there.

I was just testing you knowing that you would soon appear, I have amended it. By the way it's not a competition between us.

I have no idea who you are referring to.

I was having my second FA Cup appointment of the season today if you wanted to know what I was up to. ?

So is this your first campaign then where you have been eligible for prestigious FA Cup ties, congratulations and I hope you haven't had to travel too far seeing how you don't drive, I recall from experience that some Officials were regularly sent from miles away for FA Cup and FA Vase ties incurring Club's un-necessary expenses.

I have been officiating FA Cup and FA Vase ties for years.

You really are not in the loop.

A shocking attendance but another 3 points for St P. I'm guessing all 19 were St P supporters ?

New Salamis win 8 2 and no Leon McKenzie in there line up.

I see New Salamis have signed Hillingdon Boroughs hotshot Courtney Austin who came off the bench and scored yesterday.

Savagebee - To be fair, and I'm sure Pete the Greek will confirm this, Greek Cypriot Club's tend to let a lot of people in for nothing as it's like a family so there was probably nearer 50 or more at the game

Have you ever been let in for free then when you haven't been Officiating at a game, lets just say for example at Cockfosters, Cheshunt, Haringey Borough and Leyton over the years
