Can’t the club invest in some tarps? The goalmouths have been a mud bath for weeks.

Annoying that on the last two saturday games that have been called off at the QE the weather has been dry (or forecast dry) all that day. Looks like the pitch now requires at least 24 hours to drain after each heavy rain spell.

There is a real problem with one or two areas of the pitch 

The tarpaulins were put in place by the grounds staff Tues afternoon well before the rain fell.

With the water table so hi it just couldn't cope with the 3inches of rain that fell.

Mr Groundsman informed me today that plans are in place for the problem areas to be dug up and proper drainage installed

still can’t work out where the money went. The playing side hasn’t been significantly  improved since Mo (who I heard was on big money) 

club more interested in purchasing containers that offer no tangible benefit. 

the pitch drainage hasn’t been great for years.

mmmmm seems everyone has wasted their money and needs 3G. I am sure Potters massive enjoyed the waste trip on Saturday as well!!
