We beat ourselves

 

As our squad isn't big enough we haven't replaced injured or AWOL players with the same quality.

When you have a few youger less experienced players they tend to shy away from the battle. Which unfourtunately in this league you need to win your battles before you can assert your authority on a game.

 

Before the game against Bowers and yourselves the rhetoric before the game was about prooving ourselves again.

 

Because we had 4 players missing on Monday the talk was defeatest before the game.

 

As the Burnham keeper will testify the first 30 mins Barkingside ran us ragged and for the full 90 mins they worked harder than us. We seemed to accept defeat from the outset.

 

We hopefully can put things right on Sat.

 

That's why we are not up there consistency.

 

As they say will the real Sawbo please stand up!
