Stil trying to work out the relevance of that comment with regard to winning trophies.

Keep up, Gazza man. I think youre about twelve conversations behind everyone else.

No I worked it out, hence my comment...

I was shocked that "chips", "burgers" or any type of food stuff was mentioned in your comment.

You're slipping...don't tell me you're trying to be original.

'When did you last see him play and who for Claret? As you said he is a good player I guess you have seen him.'

Well done, Sherlock. You must have gone to school when you were younger. A special school, mind you, but a school none the less... I saw Tarkan a dozen times when he was at R&D - I used to travel to Northanpton on midweek business trips and took in R&D's games whenever I could. He has a hell of an engine, can fly past defenders and will win tackle after tackle. A bit headstrong on occasion but still, a very good player. So, at the risk of repeating myself, he won't be with you lot for long.

'I was shocked that "chips", "burgers" or any type of food stuff was mentioned in your comment.' Gazza, I DIDN'T mention food stuffs in my comment. Or did you mean to say 'wasn't mentioned'? How do you manage to dress yourself in the morning?

'Have Chelmsford ever played at Wembley Stadium?'

Fish, got to do with, the price of, what's that?

'Thought I'd just throw that one in!'

The only thing you've thrown in is the towel, with 'relevant' comments like that. I could just as easily ask you how many times BTFC have reached the first round of the FA Cup (a 'proper' competition, not the equivalent of the Chelmsford Pope & Smith Sunday League, which is what the Vase is. Remember folks, the Vase is for the 'little clubs' out there).

His Butler does for him!

"Remember folks, the Vase is for the 'little clubs' out there".

Oh well, 3 TIMES A LITTLE CLUB THEN. How many Chelmsford players have scored a Hat-trick at Wembley Stadium?

'How many Chelmsford players have scored a Hat-trick at Wembley Stadium?'

Well, Geoff Hurst scored a hat-trick in the WCF in '66 and his Dad played for Chelmsford. Seeing as Geoff's DNA is 99.99999999% that of his father's, I think we can claim that one.

That's about as tenuous as your laughable references to the Vase, isn't it?
