Hampton On Saturday...

...what do we reckon this one then? Looks like most of us are planning to let the train take the strain and have a pre-Christmas bevvie or 2 <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Same team as Tuesday would seem to be order of the day, assuming no change in the injury list....Famous last words!

In a way i hate it when we have done consistently well at a certain ground cos you always think in the back of mind it may just end this time - But, if we can go at them and cancel their strike force out the game then we have a great chance.

May even stick the neck out and say Musti for a goal!

Anyway, the xmas party train will chug along nicely.

Im very interested in seeing if they are as good as their league position suggests. So far all the teams that I have seen that are up the top havent really seemed to be fantastically brilliant with maybe the exception of Fisher who i thought were excellent.

I think if we can play the way we did in the first half on tuesday for 90mins then we have a chance, but my main concern is our lack of chances being made for hockers and nathan so for that reason im going for 0-0

off subject, TC, how is George Lay getting on?

Just picked this up from the Ryman forum in case it's of interest to any of you guys:-

Just a warning, mainly for the Billericay fans travelling by train, cant find out whether it affects Saturday but there is major engineering works between Waterloo and Clapham Junction, this will affect trains to Hampton. Suggest you check with Transport for London, or Network rail!

Would put this on Billericays board but can't do regisration from work!!!

Have checked with National Rail Enquiries and there are no engineering works planned for tomorrow (08457 48 49 50 if anyone wants to double check). Trains leave Waterloo for Hampton at 12 & 42 past the hour. Another Sqautter telling lies me thinks.

Huh, and you believe National Rail ? Apparent you aren't a regular rail user...so why not think before you open that gob of yours....however difficult that is for you...

I wasn't refering to you BC, rather than to 'Dave of Hampton' or more likely to be 'Dave of Chelmsford'

The thought HAD crossed my mind, but as the wording of the posting was grammatically correct and free of spelling mistakes, I took it to be from a GENUINE Hampton supporter (they are REALLY posh and educated down there you know), rather than a typical Ryman forum imposter.
