Innuendo

Recommended Posts

our club is semi professional petre as we pay our players each week (not a lot really, expenses etc) and we train twice a week and play always on saturday and sometimes on a tuesday evening. Tonight we have a game away to London APSA as they can only play home midweek games at their 'community' stadium on a Thursday.

There is nothing to stop us progressing to the Premiership from where we are except perhaps 100 million pounds...(can you lend it to us please) <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Yes Jim was a very special man and worked tirelessly for the club for over 30 years. Recently he was retired and held the position of President (which in this country is an honoury position not a working one.)

If you send URCHINETT your address thru the private PM system on this site she will send you the few remaining programmes for the rest of the season along with a club scarf and a badge. You will then be an Urchin. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Now then Mr. Polish President, av a butchers at the video clips on AFCHX TV and you will see goals and all us wonderful Urchins.

My name would be Peter in English - not Petre <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

How many leagues should you then win to get promoted e.g. for Division 3? Or should you first be removed from Essex Senior League and moved to one of the lowe "all-country" leagues?

You complain about the money, and what about us? <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> In Poland there aren't any good stadiums, and many of the ones belonging to clubs from Div 2 or Div 3 would be our... National Arenas...

I don't think I should accept your proposal about Urchins souvenirs. I have already received some things from a few British clubs (Sheff Wed - a badge, Rangers - a club photo, Bangor FC - a ticket and a programme, Millwall - a programme, 2 photos and a badge - BTW I had a really nice talk to their secretary, by e-mail of course). There are also some major clubs over the world, who send or used to send their scarfs (or should I write scarves?) to their fans. But they are rich and really famous everywhere on the Earth. Should I accept such fine souvenirs from your club only because I have written here? I guess it won't be fair...

I've already found that no matter how big is a British club and in what league it plays, it prints programmes for every match and produces badges. It's brilliant in my opinion.

In Poland there are really lots of people collecting badges. They are usually old, so they had time to build huge collections.

Some of them are beautiful (badges, not collectors <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> ), just see: http://allegro.pl/item93981057_odznaka_hutnik_krakow_liga_orlow_1_.html

Is URCHINETT a woman? Don't tell me she's the one from her avatar... <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

BTW - you're and Irishman and you support Urchins? Why? Are you working in Hornchurch, are you married here? <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

I'm not really interested in this kind of clothes, but I have read about it a bit.

Stone Island is one of the most highly wanted brands among especially some Warsaw hoolies. Unfortunately, there aren't many shops with its clothes in Poland. As I mentioned I don't wear it, so my knowledge isn't comprehensive, but probably there aren't more than a few. http://kibice.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=...amp;amp;start=0 - of course you won't understand anything, but here some pretty knowledgeable in a fan meaning guys were talking a bit about such clothes. They say that the growing popularity of Paul and Shark and Stone Island was caused by Football Factory <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Surely you can buy Henri Lloyd/P&S/SI etc. clothes (is there any other word for "clothes"? I have to repeat it all the time...) in many places in Poland, at least so I can understand from the topic. But as I said before twice - I'm not an expert.

P.S. Nice photos.

I just saw some P&S and Stone Island clothes on Allegro (sort of Polish eBay). Well, some seem nice:

http://allegro.pl/item92734735__paul_shark_xl_szyk_i_elegancja_.html

http://allegro.pl/item93954761__paul_shark_xl_w_kratke_lap_okazje_.html

But look for jeans as an example:

http://allegro.pl/item90901548_spodnie_stone_island.html

Are they anything really special, worth paying 2x or 3x more than other, not so "yuppie" <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> brands?

P.S. I checked - I think there aren't any SI shops in Poland <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> Hehe, and we are in EU <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />

Well, I just knew about Legia Warsaw fans tending to wear those brands. Didn't mean to talk about football hooligans - just mentioned the info as an answer to kimbles left foot's question.

I couldn't get just anything from the last few posts, not only your single words but also whole phrases are far too difficult for me.

But it seems that you're making jokes of me <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

Mr Bridge (cousin of Wayne? <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> ) - do any of my photos show hools? I just wanted to present my native fans and I don't understand why ur reaction is laughing. Heh, nvmind.

Thanks for a very interesting talk Guys, and for a nice lesson of English (although you did answer maybe 2 of my 30 question <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> ).
