hello saf i told you it was a laugh on here.

yeah sometimes rhodes does go on about some odd stuff but i think he means well its just it all comes out wrong!

why do you keep going on about the Kentish team and its players its hard work doing what we're doing no home ground no where to train no money and not knowing if we're gonna have a team next year or not as we folded in august then rhodes came in 10days b4 the season started,he's been are best signing ever.so i think people should take notice and applaud the hard work we're doing.

Saf - Trying to sort it out with the Broxbourne Secretary as we speak. Your goal against Hendon was something else and time sureally stood still for 30 seconds or so as nobody in the ground could believe what they were seeing, how did you manage to scoop it over the keeper like that in the blink of an eye, I've never seen anything like it.

It came reasonably close but I still make 'the Baron's goal better, to have his back to goal like that some 25 yards out at an angle and then to get the ball into the top far corner over HTFCOne who was standing virtually on his goal line has to rate as probably the best goal I have ever seen in football and that's no exaggeration. This is a guy who can't even get into our First Team.

AWK - Well that's not my intention as you well know but it is becoming really frustrating to be constantly ridiculed and victimised for no good reason when deep down people know exactly where I'm coming from. Why for example would a World famous former International player, UEFA 'A' qualified Coach and good friend of Roy Keane want to join a Club in the SSML Division 1, doesn't that tell you a thing or two about Kentish Town right there.

I don't think anyone can argue that Kentish haven't had a good start to the campaign, and as I said to you I think it is good you talk up the potential at Kentish Town, every club has to have ambition, and given Kentish's current problems regarding groundsharing you are doing remarkably well at the moment.

How are talks coming along over finding Kentish Town a ground of there own?

AWK - I can think of one, possibly two, who will try to argue the toss on that one. Yes painstaking and top secret negotiations are still ongoing concerning a ground of our own and you will hear the announcement first on here before anyone else, I gather we can stay at Hendon till the end of the season but then it seems Claremont Road will be no more with the bulldozers itching to get inside which will be a very sad day indeed for football.

World famous former International player,

I don't dispute that Clement Temile played for Nigeria but I wouldn't call him a WORLD FAMOUS former international player.

I could conduct another straw poll which might prove me wrong but I think if you asked most football fans anywhere in Europe to name a former Nigerian international they would probably say Jay jay Ockocha, Kanu, Celestine Babayaro or that guy who did the acrobatics - Julius Agohawa?? (excuse my spelling) rather than Mr Temile.

Lato - I think if you asked that question to the older generation of fans, say between 30 and 50 from anywhere in Europe or the World for that matter, and in particular from deepest Lagos, the first name to come out of people's mouths would be Clement Temile, no question about it. Obviously the younger generation are going to say Jay Jay Ockocha as they wouldn't have seen Clement play or necessarily heard of him although the latter would surprise me particularly with his two sons at the forefront of the World game.

Infact I've done some more digging regarding Nigerian players on the internet. Here is a list valid to October 9th 2006 of their 25 most capped players. Please tell me where the name Clement Temile is on here. I guess these players most of whom have now retired are more likely to be recalled by fans over the years - if I had to pick one I'd probably say inspirational skipper Stephen Keshi or keeper Peter Rufai.

1. Muda Lawal 86

2. Augustine Okocha 73

3. Finidi George 62

4. N[****!!****]wo Kanu 62

5. Peter Rufai 61

6. Aloysius Atuegbu 60

7. Henry Nwosu 59

8. Rashidi Yekini 58

9. Garba Lawal 57

10. Stephen Keshi 57

11. Sunday Oliseh 55

12. Christian Chukwu 54

13. Ademola Adesina 52

14. Emmanuel Okala 51

15. Samson Siasia 50

16. Godwin Achebe 48

17. Daniel Amokachi 48

18. Tony Igwe 48

22. Mutiu Adepoju 45

23. Uche Okechukwu 44

24. Adokiye Amaesiemaka 42

25. Godwin Odiye 42

Here is a list of top goalscorers. Again please point out his name to me

2. Segun Odegbami 23

3. Sunday Oyarekhua 16

4. Samson Siasia 16

20. Ademola Adesina 8

21. Paul Hamilton 8

22. Humphrey Edebor 8

23. Albert Onyeanwuna 8

24. Henry Nwosu 8

Rhodes, no one disputes that Temile played for Nigeria and its a major achievement that a club like KTFC can get an international player as a coach. Please don't try and exaggerate it to impress everyone because when you get found out you look very very stupid.

I go away for a couple of days and find you still nothing to say on this matter Rhodes. I find that odd but strangely refreshing. I also find it not altogether surprising as faced with cold hard facts that contradict your bizarre interpretation of events you choose to bury your head in the sand like the proverbial ostrich and hope they go away. Unfortunately they won't so mae sure you are at the CT final to EAT THOSE TWO HATS!!!

I also see your ridiculous postings have cost us another valued voice with the departure of Horace..when will you learn?
