Havant & Waterlooville - IMPORTANT

Fleetbabe

Recommended Posts

Hi Guys,

I'm posting this on here as a piece of advise, having received correspondence this morning from Havant. You can't take any musical instruments, air horns or the drum into the ground - see below.

"****Additionally we would be grateful if you could advise your supporters that musical instruments, drums and air-horns are not permitted inside the ground. Breaches of this rule will result in ejection****"

Just thought we ought to advise you lot, to save Scott from taking it down there more than anything!

Cheers

To be honest, I can only recall two matches where musical ( and there could be a debate about exactly how "musical" the very limited range of a drum can be)instruments added something to a game at Stonebridge Road. They were the first time we played D & R and also when Eastbourne visited us. Interesting and fairly talented musicianship was on show on those particular days.

'Cos hes a killjoy idiot who obviously doesn't like a bit of atmosphere.

We are all allowed our own opinions but if you don't like the drum stand away so you can't hear it. At least we are showing support and encouragement. I suppose the only time Querasaha shouts anything is when a mistake is made.

Firstly, I am definitely NOT a killjoy!

Secondly, I do stand away from the drum so I can't hear it, but the trouble is why should so many supporters have to avoid standing in the drum playing idiot's vicinity just so a minority can 'enjoy' watching a game of football?

Lastly, it you need to physically abuse a musical instrument just to enjoy yourselves and create an 'atmosphere' then I am sorry you must be somekind of sad individual!

If we could get a few other "musicians"...brilliant ! Play loud, sing loud !....then I wouldn't be able to hear the miserable old ***** that moan all the time !!

Nice to see ( and hear ) that the bugler ( or trumpeter ?) was let into the WACA for this test match after being refused entry for the last two ! Although it seemed quite strange listening to him performing Christmas Carols in the sun when the temperature is about 35 degrees !!

Anyway.....as far as GNFC is concerned...the more noise, the better !!

Keep it up lads....

Cheers,

'Sad individual' ?????
Are you talking about all the 'sad individuals' who like the drum to be there, to help urge the team on! If you have a problem with the drum, then it's your problem.

'Physical abuse to a musical instrument' ??????
You what? What else are you meant to do with a drum? All you can do with a drum is bang it!! True?
