The Operator (MyFC Ltd) will appoint the (initial) directors and agree on their remuneration.

The Operator (MyFC Ltd) will also appoint and retain a director
for the purposes of ensuring that the instructions of members are carried out.

My understanding is the the new chief executive will be one and that another will be elected by the MyFC membership.

Boards of Limited Companies are usually run on the basis of one member one vote.

 

If one of them wants a decision based on shareholdings he would have to call for a meeting of all shareholders.
