The court has found in favour of Dorking FC

 

The judge has awarded cost to Dorking at 85% of their court costs.

 

3 months for Dorking FC and MVDC to sort out a lease

No doubt DFC Ltd will not accept the 85%, as this will be local tax payers money.


Yes your right DD it is Tax payers money but DFC are entitled to it, but as MVDC had such an obviously poor case that should not have been bought then you can make your feelings known through the ballot box.

I would like to add my congratulations to the management of DFC.

Hopefully now they can move forward with a business plan to bring the ground up to a much better standard. it seems their position has been 100% vindicated.

At the same time I hope that the circling vultures. wingers , and own agenda seekers choke on thier commiseratory flat beers.
