I doubt it includes the payment of money to third parties for facilitating charitable donations !

The Emmanuel Vincent Harris Trust

Camden Council acts as Trustee for this Trust. The Trust disposed of its property at 10 Fitzroy Park in Highgate and the proceeds have been invested so that a grant programme can be offered from the income.

An idea !

Perhaps Oracle could start a trust by disposing of property in a similar manner. Providing WGC continue to finish strongly he should be a beneficiary in the form of property.
