I see that Bethnal Green United are all over the East London Advertiser like a rash, according to the above article they are already promoted to the Essex Senior League and will be a breath of fresh air.

where does it say that and what are you implying?

To be Fair Bethal Green Utd have a few decent players.

M Begg who won the league with Brentwood and Concord.

A Gasper who was part of the Hornchurch squad who won the ryman north.

A Foweya former pro at bournemouth and has played for a few conference sides and england C.

The thing is that clubs come up/down into the ESL expecting to skate the title in their first season but, as a number of clubs have discovered to their cost, it ain't that easy.

Particularly as the ESL 2009/10 season constitution may possibly be up to eighteen clubs.

TB&G - Er, seeing how Bethnal Green United will be climbing two tiers from Step 7 to Step 5 somehow I don't think GAFFA1 expects to 'skate the title' as you put it, I'm sure he will be more than happy with a mid table position or even slightly lower than that, he's a realist.

Now we're getting somewhere, a positive post for a change. GAFFA1 has this knack of charming the birds from the trees and players simply love to play for him even if it means dropping a step or two.

Well it sounds if you're prepared to give him a blowie anyway!

Lightweight - Is it really necessary to post comments like that and the same goes for others on here such as Jenko. GAFFA1 is clearly a Coach who is going places in the game, he's still only a young guy who is learning his trade but his achievement this season in winning the Middlesex County League Premier Division Championship, following a poor start, as well as the Senior Open Cup last Saturday, has to rate as a major achievement.
