JP (before jnr gets ya) it TOWNERS!

Yeah good performance last night, I think WF had 70% of the play, but you guys took 80% of your chances.

Stange goings on tho' where was the ranting @ the ref? why did your players get up when fouled and just walk away? very odd not use to this, is it some kind of new rule for cup games?

seriously, your players and bench are a credit to your club

one down side, Junior brought her B&P shirt, (note WA!) but you didn't play in red!

maybe see you @ the semi's

It was great to meet Junior, Southport Towner, AndyETFC AND Brunob last night. Thanks for your support guys. Although we won 3-1 and Waltham Forest had more possession, I think we had the most clear cut chances and could have won by a greater margin.

Re the shirt. As this is our first season as Bowers & Pitsea FC, all our shirts are brand new with no spares. Junior's shirts are Bowers United shirts, which is why it is in the old colours of Red and White.

Our sponsors this season are massive West Ham fans, which is why the clubs colours are now Claret & Blue. The players believe they play better in the change strip of light blue, which is why they tend to play in that kit most of the time.
