Hendon 2 Ricay 2

Firstly I hope Dorms is OK and that his injury is not as bad as it looked at the time.

Secondly I hope the supporters who had their car broken into didn't have to hang around too long to get sorted. At least it's only property not people that are damaged.

Thirdly our team. We have yet again failed to win a game having been ahead. This is the sixth time in only seventeen games that this has happened this season. If we don't have people that are prepared to work for our team for 90 minutes then we should chuck them out. Similarly if we don't have people in charge who can motivate our team for 90 minutes or organise them so they can defend a lead then we should chuck them out as well and get in someone who can.

Rant over

It's all bad news I'm afraid JL...

The initial prognosis was not good on Dorms, looks like it could be knee ligaments. Fingers crossed....

The chaps whose car got done over were still waiting when we left.

Since our last defeat we've had the lead in each of the 5 games - but won just 1. Thats 7 out of 15 points which in my view is a poor return. Once again we've gifted the oppo a way back into the game by sitting too deep and not winning enough ball in central midfield.

Hendon is a crappy area. Hope the chaps whose car got done didn't have anything too valuable stolen.

So when you think of it, we could be 2nd not 10th...Brilliant!!! That certainly cheers me up....NOT!!!

I laughed when the equaliser went in, 'cos it was so [****!!****] obvious it was going to happen. Our inability to see off the worst side we've played this season is shocking. We're an average side and thus really shouldn't expect anything else. If nothing changes then we can expect more of the same, and with plenty of pissed off supporters yesterday, it'll be more of the same in front of very few people.

What to say? First half was great. Some of the best weve seen all season. Two cracking goals. Second half we fail to show up yet again. Weve now given up 3 2-0 leads this year, along with numerous 1-0s.

It looked like it had all turned round, looked like it was 3 wins in a row. Now we know that this is what its going to be like all season long. Hendon were f***ing terrible, and at the moment we'd be lucky to finish off a decent meal. Ho hum, mid table obscurity it is then

The fact that almost everyone left as quickly as possible after the final whistle says it all. In a word gutless. The first half performance was brilliant, we created loads of chances and should have been winning by more. Second half was appalling. Chelsea have done well because they want to win and they fight for results. We don't have enough fighters in our team to go out and grind results. After the Leyton game when the same thing happened Justin promised changes. Where are they? We brought in Trott, but that's clearly not enough. Didn't Justin say when he first joined that he would bring in players who would give 100% and play with pride? There weren't many out there 2nd half and lastly what on earth did he say at half time?

Big, big improvement needed if we are going to get anywhere near the playoffs.

Okay, I'm in rumour mode as I have not heard anything "solid" but have had a chat or two and the word on the street is that Justin has been looking and has been talking to players but the simple facts are, if he goes round blabbing about what players he is interested in and talking to, other clubs go and "take a look" as well and maybe end up either offering more or the player then goes back to his present club and uses our interest as a tool to extract more out of their present club.

Looking for and signing the right players isn't as simple as going into your local shopping centre and picking one off the shelf...It takes time. We were lucky with Trotty.

So, Justin is looking at players and has had a word with a couple. From what has happened from there I don't know (and don't ask me) but as answered by TC in a previous post on another link, he is looking but obviously hasn't found the right player to bring in.

Hmm, I'm starting to like this Poole-guy, this is his third goal on a row, looks promising!

Firstly, good luck to Dorms for a speedy recovery, did not look good by the way he was acting.

Next thing - "If" the players were "hurt" by missing out last season then looks like they are going to be committing suicide at the end of this one!

Against a number of teams we have produced some really good first half performances, but second halfs are becoming a joke now. As Ryan said it is becoming a tad laughable. When I watched match of the day and saw Chris Coleman laughing about a decision, I thought yeah we can relate to that, but in a different slant.

Should be an interesting game on Tuesday - I mean both teams have, had or having a habit of throwing away leads !! Oh, and perhaps H.T. sweepstake !!

At least two cars were broken into during Tuesday night game. Car side windows were broken and car audio systems stolen. Cars were parked in Tye Common Road.
